Grand Traverse Resort & Spa offers a variety of traditional menus and dining styles. And our Special Events Manager and Executive Chef will be happy to prepare custom proposals to meet your Dream Wedding expectations.

So what's on the menu? Starting with the Rehearsal Dinner, locations and menu options range from formal dining on the 16th Floor in Aerie Restaurant & Lounge to an outdoor grill at the 55th Hole. For couples who have a more casual approach, we offer family-style dining, food stations, pizza parties and barbecues.

For the reception, select from an amazing variety of cold and hot hors d'oeuvres, fresh seafood and hors d'oeuvres displays, exquisitely-prepared traditional entrées and sides or The Grand Buffet. Beverage options include packages for a cash or sponsored bar, beverage stations, and a distinguished wine list including some of Michigan’s finest. After dinner, enjoy a classic or signature showpiece wedding cake prepared by our award-winning pastry chef and his talented team! Wedding cake alternatives included a chocolate fountain, specialty dessert station or assorted miniature French pastries. Sweet!

To seal it all with a kiss, we offer special breakfast menus for the morning after. Choose from The Grand Brunch, continental breakfast assortments and breakfast buffets.
