Thank you for staying with us! Please take note of the following  updates: 

  • Housekeeping will not be entering your room during your stay. Please call ext. 6480 if you need trash pick-up, linen or towel replacements or in-room amenities. Our staff will be happy to serve you!

  • Check-out time is 11am. If you need help with your luggage, please call Bell Service at 6420 for assistance

  • Be sure to double check for your valuables, electronics and chargers before you depart. 
  • Sweetwater American Bistro is currently closed for updates. Daily breakfast is available for guests at Aerie Restaurant on the 16th floor of the Tower from 7:00am - 10:00am.
