All reservations for the hotel, Tower, and or condos can be checked in the front desk located in the Grand Lobb.
You must be 21 years or older to book a room.

Our Resort shuttles do not provide any transportation off property other than to and from the airport and Turtle Creek Casino and Hotel; however, there are several cab companies in the area along with LYFT & Uber.
Sun-Thurs, the Turtle Creek Casino shuttle is available 24 hours and on a on-call schedule. Friday-Saturday, starting at the 5:00 p.m., the shuttle departs every half hour at 10 and 40 minutes past the hour.
All of our room types have a refrigerators
There are no microwaves in any of our hotel or Tower rooms. If available one can be delivered to your room for $15/night.
There is no enforced dress code, but resort casual is preferred.
Our Health Club and pool are for registered guests and Grand Traverse Resort and Spa Members.
Use of the Health Club, seasonal access to outdoor pools and The Beach Club, preferred pricing for golf and tennis, wireless internet service for guest rooms and condominiums, voicemail message service, unlimited toll free and credit card access phone calls, use of Resort safety deposit box, parking, golf bag storage, and shuttle to Cherry Capital Airport and Turtle Creek Casino. Fees and services are subject to change.
We do. On the Resort campus, there are privately owned condominiums and homes that participate with short term rental companies like Airbnb or VRBO. Visitors who book short-term rentals through a third party are prohibited from accessing Resort amenities or taking advantage of special guest rates.
All of our guest rooms and condominiums are smoke free, which includes any patio or balcony. Designated smoking areas are located 25 feet away from any building entrance.

Lost and found is located in our housekeeping department, which can be reached 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. Sun-Sat.
Downtown Traverse City is located just 8.8 miles from the Grand Traverse Resort and Spa.
Traverse City Cherry Capital Airport (TVC) is only 10 minutes from Grand Traverse Resort and Spa. If you need a pick up or transportation to the airport, arrangements need to be made in advance. Shuttles to the Resort from the airport shuttles leave every half hour on the hour. Call 231-534-6425 with transportation requests.
A one-night Deposit is required at the time of booking and is refundable less a $25 fee if canceled 72 hours prior to your arrival. No shows are subject to one night penalty charge and loss of remainder of reservation.
The Resort only offers wine tours certain times of the year with room packages. Our Concierge can help set up tours with local companies.
Our private beach is open to Resort Guests and members of The Club at Grand Traverse Resort and Spa. It is located across US 31 along East Grand Traverse Bay.
