NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. MAKING A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.

1. PROMOTION DESCRIPTION: The GRAND TRAVERSE RESORT AND SPA FOOTBALL JERSEY GIVEAWAY ("Sweepstakes") begins on August 21, 2024 at 12:00am EST and ends on September 30, 2024 at 11:59pm EST (the "Entry Period"). The sponsor of this Sweepstakes is Grand Traverse Resort and Spa ("Sponsor"). By participating in the Sweepstakes, each Entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all respects. Sponsor is responsible for the collection, submission or processing of Entries and the overall administration of the Sweepstakes. Entrants should look solely to Sponsor with any questions, comments or problems related to the Sweepstakes. Sponsor may be reached by email at [email protected] during the Promotion Period.

2. ELIGIBILITY: No purchase necessary to enter or win. The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents around the world who are eighteen (18) years of age or older as of the date of entry. This Sweepstakes is governed by U.S. law and is void where prohibited by law. Employees of Grand Traverse Resort and Spa, and their immediate family and household members, are not eligible to enter. Limit one entry per person. By entering this Sweepstakes, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, and Grand Traverse Resort and Spa’s Terms of Service.

3. PRIZE: There will be one (1) winner. The winner will receive one (1) autographed Jamhyr Gibbs Detroit Lions jersey. Only one prize per person and per household will be awarded. All expenses or costs associated with the acceptance or use of the prize are the responsibility of the winner. Prize does not include travel to/from Grand Traverse Resort and Spa. Prizes are awarded “as is” and without any warranty, except as required by law. Gift cards and gift certificates are subject to the terms and conditions of the issuer. Prizes cannot be transferred, redeemed for cash or substituted by winner. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to award a substitute prize of equal or greater value if a prize described in these Official Rules is unavailable or cannot be awarded, in whole or in part, for any reason. The ARV of the prize represents Sponsor's good faith determination. That determination is final and binding and cannot be appealed. If the actual value of the prize turns out to be less than the stated ARV, the difference will not be awarded in cash. Sponsor makes no representation or warranty concerning the appearance, safety or performance of any prize awarded. Restrictions, conditions, and limitations may apply. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen prize items. This Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States of America and Prize will only be awarded and/or delivered to addresses within said locations. All federal, state and/or local taxes, fees, and surcharges are the sole responsibility of the prize winner.

4. HOW TO ENTER: Enter the Sweepstakes during the Promotion Period online by visiting the entry form, which can be found on the following website at: grandtraverseresort.com/detroitlions. Entrant must submit valid contact information for all fields, including first name, last name, phone number, email address, date of birth, and zip code. Automated or robotic Entries submitted by individuals or organizations will be disqualified. Internet entry must be made by the Entrant. Any attempt by Entrant to obtain more than the stated number of Entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations, logins or any other methods, including, but not limited to, commercial contest/sweepstakes subscription notification and/or entering services, will void Entrant's Entries and that Entrant may be disqualified. Final eligibility for the award of any prize is subject to eligibility verification as set forth below. All Entries must be posted by the end of the Entry Period in order to participate. Sponsor's database clock will be the official timekeeper for this Sweepstakes.

5. WINNER SELECTION: The Winner of the Sweepstakes will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible Entries received throughout the Entry Period. The random drawing will be conducted about 10:00am EST Monday, October 2, 2024 after the Promotion Period by Sponsor or its designated representatives, whose decisions are final. Odds of winning will vary depending on the number of eligible Entries received.

6. WINNER NOTIFICATION: Winner will be notified by email at the email address provided in the Entry Information approximately ten (10) days after the random drawing. Potential Winner must accept a prize by email as directed by Sponsor within two weeks of notification. Sponsor is not responsible for any delay or failure to receive notification for any reason, including inactive email account(s), technical difficulties associated therewith, or Winner’s failure to adequately monitor any email account. Any winner notification not responded to or returned as undeliverable may result in prize forfeiture. The potential prize winner may be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and release of liability, and a Publicity Release (collectively “the Prize Claim Documents”). No substitution or transfer of a prize is permitted except by Sponsor.

7. ENTRANT GRANTS OF RIGHTS: By entering the sweepstakes, each entrant grants permission to Sponsor and its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, agents and licensees to use the entrant’s name, voice, image, hometown, biographical information and/or likenesses for advertising, publicity and promotional purposes without further compensation (unless prohibited by law) and to execute specific consent to such use if asked to do so. This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable laws and regulations.

8. GENERAL RULES: Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, agencies, and representatives and their respective directors, officers, and employees are not responsible and shall not be liable for: (i) electronic, hardware or software program, network, internet or computer malfunctions, failures, or difficulties of any kind, including without limitation, server malfunction or by any error (human or otherwise) which may occur in the processing of entries; (ii) failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions; (iii) late, lost, misdirected, incomplete entries; or (iv) any condition caused by events beyond the control of Sponsor that may cause the promotion to be disrupted or corrupted. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel or suspend the sweepstakes or any portion thereof should virus, bugs, or other causes beyond control of Sponsor corrupt the administration, security, or proper play of the Sweepstakes. Sponsor further reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions or modify, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes at any time in its discretion.

9. GOVERNING LAW: All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Terms & Conditions or the rights and obligations of customer or Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Michigan without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions that would cause the application of any other state laws. Claims may not be resolved through any form of class action. Venue for all suits will be in federal or state courts located in Peshawbestown, Michigan.

10. PRIVACY: By entering the Sweepstakes, you grant Sponsor permission to share your email address and any other personally identifiable information with the other Sweepstakes Entities for the purpose of administration and prize fulfillment, including use in a publicly available Winners list. Except where prohibited, participation in the Promotion constitutes entrant's consent to Sponsor's and its agents' use of entrant's name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions and/or hometown and state for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration. By entering, you understand and voluntarily consent to receive promotional and marketing communications from the Sponsor and Prize Provider, in each case subject to their respective privacy policies which can be found at Detroit Lions Privacy Policy and Grand Traverse Resort Privacy Policy. You may request to opt out of sale or sharing of personal information or to limit the use of your sensitive personal information collected and held by DLI at Your Privacy Choices. Changing your privacy choices and/or choosing not to share all or certain information will not affect your odds of winning a prize.

11. RELEASE; LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
Sponsor and Prize Provider, including each of their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, agents, licensees, and successors, including the directors, officers and employees of the foregoing (“Sweepstakes Entities”) shall have no liability and will be held harmless by entrant for any claim, action, liability, loss, injury or damage to entrant or any other person or entity, including, without limitation, personal injury or death to entrant or any other person or damage to personal or real property, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by reason of the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize or participation in this Promotion. Sponsor and Prize Provider, including each of their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, agents, licensees, and successors, including the directors, officers and employees of the foregoing (“Sweepstakes Entities”) shall have no liability, and by entering, each entrant releases and agrees to hold harmless the Sponsorship Entities from and against any and all claims and liability arising out of the entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes, the operation of the Sweepstakes, the acceptance or use of a prize or the use of the entrant’s name, biographical information and/or likeness as permitted hereunder, including without limitation any and all claims and liabilities (i) relating to any personal injury, death or property damage or loss sustained by any entrant or any other person or (ii) based upon any allegation of violation of the right of privacy or right of publicity, misappropriation or violation of any other personal or proprietary right. Entrants assume all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by participation in this Sweepstakes or use or redemption of any prize. Sponsor is not responsible for any error in the notification of the offer, administration of the Sweepstakes, or in the announcement of the prize.

12. WINNER LIST/OFFICIAL RULES: To obtain a copy of the Winner List or a copy of these Official Rules, send your request along with a stamped, self-addressed envelope to Grand Traverse Resort and Spa cc: “One Pride Vacation Giveaway” at 100 Grand Traverse Village Blvd, Acme, MI 49610. Requests for the names of the winners must be received no later than 30 days after the Entry Period has ended.
